Apply for Vet Ed approval

Continuing professional development providers can apply to have their continuing professional development events assessed by the AVA, and if successful, their activities will be recognised for Vet Ed points.

There are processing fees associated with Vet Ed assessment, which cover administrative costs as well as the inclusion of the activity on the AVA website calendar of events, and the use of the Vet Ed logo.

Payment

The fees for Vet Ed assessment depend on the provider, event, and type of activity.

Fees include an administration fee of $150 plus an hourly rate of $25 per hour

capped at $500, plus GST.

There is no charge for AVA members holding a non-commercial event in their own practice for staff only.
