Practice of Excellence Awards

Applications for the Hill’s AVAPM Practice of Excellence Awards close on 17 November.

For the past 12 years, the Practices of Excellence Awards have recognised  veterinary practices that provide outstanding service to their clients. The awards recognise excellence and encourage veterinary practices Australia-wide to improve their overall practice management.

In 2013, Hill’s Pet Nutrition joined AVAPM as a partner for this award. Due to Hill’s support, we are able to offer a combined prize pool of more than $12,000 in continuing  professional development and prizes, along with the kudos that comes from taking out Australia’s most prestigious veterinary business award.

Two practices (one small animal and one large animal, mixed, or equine) will be awarded each year. Our congratulations to the 2013 winners: the Animal Referral Hospital from Homebush, NSW (small animal practice) and Don Crosby Veterinary Surgeons from Dubbo, NSW (large animal practice).

Nominations will be accepted from any practice in Australia where the principal veterinarians of the practice are all AVA members. Finalists must be AVAPM members  to be considered  for the award.

Submit an application and find out more here www.ava.com.au/about-us/awards.
