Student Complaints
The AVA is committed to providing an effective student complaints management process that that is systematic and fair. The expectations and responsibilities of both the AVA and its students when resolving academic and non-academic complaints, grievances, or appeals are outlined in C/8 Student Grievances of the AVA Chartered Veterinary Practitioner Policy Library.
