Strategic Plan 2022 - 2024

The AVA Strategic Plan 2022-24 builds on our existing vision and continues to strengthen our core business and plans already underway. This plan has been approved by the board and is now available for all members and other stakeholders of the AVA.

The Strategic Plan is a pathway for the AVA to become a better organisation prepared to meet future challenges.
