She will also discuss the impact of gender bias in the veterinary profession. Professor Cindy Adams, a pioneer in the science of veterinary communication, will share her insights about how practices can improve their communication, reduce the risk of complaints and boost morale.

This year the Veterinary Business Group (VBG) is teaming up with Equine Veterinarians Australia (EVA) to host an evening of collegiality on Monday 6 May.
