In the veterinary and animal health profession, this can include job demands, low job control, isolated work, job stress, and workplace conflict. The presentation aims to help you understand the legislative framework to work health and safety, how the amended WHS Regulation applies to managing psychological health and safety in the workplace and provide you with a practical application of the legislation using a case scenario.
