Michelle has over thirty years’ experience as a veterinary nurse with two decades primarily focused on emergency & critical care. Her drive for continued education has seen her attain her Veterinary Nursing Certificate, Diploma of Emergency & Critical Care, Diploma of Management and Leadership and is currently working on her Certificate IV in Life Coaching and Wellbeing to allow her to further support people in her Mental Health First Aid training facilitation. Michelle is a sort after speaker and has facilitated workshops and lectures both nationally and internationally including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand. Michelle is passionate not only about continuing education and competency-based training, but also about raising mental health awareness in the veterinary industry and giving people the knowledge and skills to identify potential mental health issues and services to support them.
