The EOC Program consists of 2 optional surveys (manager survey and employee survey), a flexible and interactive online learning module, plus many resources and templates. The online learning module features 30 best-practice employee retention strategies which include case studies of what to do and what not to do, exercises and activities, ‘to do’ lists and optional reflective questions.
The EOC Program is available to AVA members as part of AVA's member benefits (includes steps 1 to 4 below) and forms part of an optional EOC Accreditation.
- Register in the EOC Program; then
- Conduct the (optional) surveys
- Complete the online learning; and
- Implement the strategies in the EOC Program
If your practice then wishes to undertake accreditation, Step 5 - Accreditation in the Employer of Choice Program provides access to all the resources needed before sumitting a formal Statement of Intent to Apply for EOC Accreditation.
Upon registration you will be sent a confirmation email. The email will provide instructions on how to access the Employer of Choice Program, including the surveys, online learning and implementation recommendations.
