Topics to be discussed: Coaching v's managing, staff shortages, efficiencies in practice, collaboration between practices, and maximising client compliance.

Who should attend
Veterinarians, Nurses, Veterinary Technicians, Practice Managers, Clinic staff, students and new graduates interested in veterinary business
This workshop is designed to provide you with tangible take homes to use every day in practice. It is an opportunity to engage with peers in a collaborative environment, reviewing current challenges in the veterinary business landscape and share potential solutions. Participants will be divided into 5 breakout rooms to brainstorm each topic in bite-sized 15 minute discussions.
Coaching vs managing; does guiding employees achieve more than directing them?
Coping with staff shortages
Efficiencies in practice; what do you do that works for you?
Maximising client compliance
Collaboration between independent practices; is it possible?
The evening will conclude with a wrap-up session; to regroup on some of the key take-aways from each breakout room discussion.
You will be provided with a HUB worksheet ahead of the workshop that will assist you with planning some questions and note-taking on the night.
This workshop is free for VBG members.
