Further details
- Topics for the open access group are decided democratically based on peoples needs. The aim is to use peoples experiences as a vehicle to reflect and grow. And to generalise the discussion from there so that everybody gets something from it.
- The AVA Reflect and Grow program consists of 10, monthly 1.5hr facilitated sessions online via Zoom. A link will be sent prior to the course commencement.
- Sessions will be held the last Wednesday of the month (30 Mar, 27 Apr, 25 May, 29 Jun, 27 Jul, 31 Aug, 28 Sept, 30 Oct & Nov) 10 monthly sessions
- Start time of 8-9.30pm AEDT and then AEST when day-light savings ends
- Numbers are strictly limited to ensure the best, confidential learning experience possible. Swapping between groups is not possible once commenced as group stability is important.
- Each session will be guided by a trained facilitator to ensure success. Your facilitator will be Dr Cathy Warburton.
- Sessions are recorded to share with members of the group, for the odd times that somebody is unable to make it.
- Names are shared in advance to ensure that everybody can speak openly and safely within the group.
