Overview
Join the Darling Downs & South West branch committee for an afternoon of CPD covering a variety of topics! Kicking off with Dr Tom Smith, local referral surgeon discussing post operative guidelines. Keeping you up to date on wildlife triage is local wildlife warrior Kiara Hill. After a delectable afternoon tea we will switch over to a large animal study with Dr Andres Ardila, and close with Fiona Thompson, Chair of the Vet Surgeons board with a board and Biosecurity update on current emerging diseases. We will also hold the branch annual meeting where you can take the floor with any concerns or requests for the branch. Lunch and afternoon tea is included with the CPD component. After the days learning, either join members for a quiet meal at a local restaurant or support the annual Toowoomba Family Vets Cocktail Gala* the cocktail gala and dinner are separate from the CPD event.
