On Demand | How to build a wellbeing culture in veterinary workplaces | Dr Cheryl Fry 1 CPD Points

Veterinary researchers and professional bodies in Australia and internationally have identified poor veterinary workplace culture as a contributor to low levels of individual wellbeing in the veterinary profession. This webinar will discuss some of the systemic issues that are negatively impacting veterinarian wellbeing, and evidence-based ways to impact those factors that we can change. We will focus on how to create a compassionate and supportive workplace culture - creating hospitals that build employee wellbeing and resilience, and most importantly, that people enjoy working at.
