On-Demand | THRIVE R U OK? 1 CPD Points

Overview

R U OK? Day has been an annual day of awareness for over a decade now, with this year’s theme being I’m here to hear. R U OK? Aim to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with those in their world who may be struggling. It’s important to realise though, you don't need to be an expert to reach out, being a good friend and a great listener is more than enough. The intention of this webinar on R U OK? Day 2023 is to highlight that a conversation can change a life, by sharing help-seeking tools; how to ask for help when you need it and help-giving tools; how to notice when someone around you might benefit from you starting a conversation.
