Dr Peter Morresey
Dr. Morresey graduated from Massey University in New Zealand in 1988. After 8 years mixed veterinary practice, he attended the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine for a two year all species Theriogenology residency. Developing an interest in internal medicine, he subsequently undertook a Large Animal internal medicine residency there before becoming equine faculty at New Bolton Center, University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, as a Field Service clinician. He is a Diplomate of both the American College of Theriogenologists and the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Large Animal). Currently he is in private practice at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. His clinical and research interests include all aspects of general equine medicine, mare reproductive health, high risk pregnancy management, neonatal medicine, neurology and respiratory therapies.
