Overview
Dogs with suspected disc disease can be a stressful presentation in practice with conflicting information about how urgent they are, how likely they are to recover and whether investigations or treatments such as steroids are useful. Fortunately, many of these cases do not need further investigations and can be managed effectively even when referral is not an option. In this webinar, I will present a practical reasoning framework to use with these cases that allows for rapid assessment of which cases need investigations, which might be left alone and what owners can expect from each approach.
