Presenter(s)

Dr Annabelle Olsson
Annabelle graduated from Sydney University in 1985 and after a few years in mixed practice sailed into Cairns and opened Boongarry Veterinary Services treating zoo animals and wildlife. She later co-founded the first wildlife rehabilitation group in the region. She obtained a MSc from JCU researching health parameters in free-living flying foxes. Her interest in crocodiles began when she was requested by Parks and Wildlife officers to assist with crocodile research on Cape York in the 90s. This led to a PhD in crocodile anaesthesia.
