2023 tax time resources for individuals working in Agriculture industries

Tax time is around the corner, and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has shared some handy tips and resources on what deductions can be claimed for people working in agriculture industries. While the information is targeted at agriculture workers, veterinarians working in regional areas and/or with production animals may also find it of use. 

  
The ATO’s tailored occupation guide for Agricultural workers helps explain which deductions you can and can’t claim this year, as well as the income you’ll need to declare and the records you need to keep. The guide has also been translated into other languages.
