Two Qld veterinary practices win 2023 Australasian Veterinary Leadership Awards

Two practices, both from Queensland, have won 2023 Australasian Veterinary Leadership Awards. These awards, run by Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business, celebrate businesses and individuals who are creating positive change through exemplary leadership.

Tanya Kunzel, Practice Manager at Ripley Vet Hospital in Ipswich, won the 2023 Australasian Best Team Leader Award. Ms Kunzel was selected from a pool of 600 delegates across Australia and New Zealand based on key selection criteria evaluating leadership, teamwork and professional excellence.

Animal Options Vet Clinic, located in Ormeau, Queensland, won the 2023 Australasian Best Led Practice Award.

The Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business was developed by veterinarians for veterinarians, and offers a range of virtual and live courses in leadership, management and business development to veterinary practitioners worldwide. Their aim is to promote workforce sustainability in the veterinary profession.
