Connecting experienced veterinarians with new graduates to support them through their transition into the workforce.
Mental Health First Aid Training
Like physical first aid, mental health first aid is given until the person receives professional help or until the crisis resolves.

The THRIVE stream will inspire and empower you to improve wellbeing and foster positive change for yourself and your workplace.
All programs within THRIVE are guided by our policy safeguarding and improving the mental health of the veterinary team.
This outlines the importance of taking action to moderate work demands linked to occupational stress, while implementing interventions and resources to improve wellbeing targeted at the level of individuals, groups, leadership and organisations.
Our goal is to formulate the overarching industry frameworks and guidelines that will protect the wellbeing of all veterinary practitioners.
