Participating workplaces

The AVA received over 120 applications for the THRIVE Cultivating Safe Teams pilot program. Data from the 2023 IBISWorld “Veterinary Services in Australia” Industry Report and multiple state veterinary boards were utilised to identify the distribution of veterinary workplaces and employees, respectively, forming the basis for the selection criteria in choosing 50 veterinary workplaces.
