Expressions of Interest are now open for appointment of a veterinarian member to the Veterinary Services Regulatory Board of South Australia (VSRBSA), coordinated by the Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA).
We are seeking expressions of interest from a person who:
- is a veterinarian; and
- has experience, skills or knowledge of State or Commonwealth government agencies responsible for biosecurity.
The position will commence after 1 January 2027 for a term of up to three years and involves a time commitment of approximately 10 hours per month.
The VSRBSA plays an important role in regulating the veterinary profession and protecting the public interest through the administration of the Veterinary Services Act 2023. Full details of the Board’s roles, responsibilities and functions are contained within the Act.
