The 47th Bain Fallon Memorial Lectures will return to the beautiful Rydges Resort Hunter Valley from 18-22 July 2027, bringing together the equine veterinary profession for the largest week of continuing education in the Southern Hemisphere. 

The 2027 scientific program will feature world-class speakers and leading experts, including: 

• Ophthalmology featuring international keynote Dr Richard McMullen, Switzerland 

• Racetrack Medicine featuring international keynote Dr Patty Hogan, USA 

• Current Therapies featuring domestic keynotes  Drs David Byrne and Evita Busschers 

In 2026, more than 530 veterinary professionals attended Bain Fallon, including 293 delegates and 39 veterinary nurses, highlighting the event’s reputation as the premier gathering for equine veterinary education, collaboration, and networking.

Veterinary Business Group Joins Bain Fallon 2027 

For the first time, the Veterinary Business Group (VBG) will join Bain Fallon for two dedicated days, exploring the realities of veterinary business management.
