Mental health challenges can impact performance, but for many people, this impact is temporary and manageable with the right support. This webinar explores how leaders can compassionately protect and support employees experiencing mental health concerns while still meeting their performance management responsibilities. Learn how early, respectful conversations, reasonable adjustments, and clear structure can help people recover confidence, rebuild performance, and stay engaged at work. Designed for leaders who want to support wellbeing, meet duty of care, and help people succeed without lowering standards.
