Dr. Jeremy Watson
BVSc (Hons) MANZCVs (SA surgery)
Graduated from Melbourne University in 1986. He established the Brimbank Vet Clinic, a small animal practice, which became the first veterinary practice Australia to become certified carbon neutral in 2021. He completed further study in Circular Economics and Net Zero for business at Cambridge University and in 2023 co-authored The Path to Net Zero carbon emissions for Veterinary Practice (FVS). He is a foundational contributor to the Climate Care Program, a sustainability and Net Zero program specifically designed for veterinary practice.
In 2024 was awarded the VBG Thought Leader of the Year Award.
