
The veterinarians role in society (CVP1040 2026 SP4)

This course provides advanced training in critically reviewing the role of veterinarians
in the wider society, including their obligations within the legal and regulatory
environment and their role in One Health, social welfare, and climate change. Animal
and public health protection skills covered include an awareness and understanding
of biosecurity, epidemiology, zoonoses risk management, and responsible
antimicrobial use.
