AVA Member Hub: you can now log in from the website
Have you forgotten your password to the AVA Member Hub once too often?
Here is a piece of great news for you – we have successfully set up single sign-on (SSO) to the AVA Member Hub from your dashboard on the AVA website. Just one click, no password needed.
Please read on to find out what this means for you.
How does single sign-on work?
When you click on “AVA Member Hub” found on the left navigation panel of your dashboard, you will be directed to the AVA Member Hub.
If this is your first time on the AVA Member Hub, you will be asked to confirm a few details. Following this, an account will be automatically created and you will be logged-in – no password needed.
If you have an existing account that was set up using an email linked to your AVA membership, the single sign-on will log you in automatically. Using this feature is not mandatory. All existing accounts that were created manually can continue to be logged into using existing credentials.
If your existing account was not set up using an email linked to your AVA membership, using the SSO feature will create a new account with the email linked to your AVA membership. This new account cannot be merged or integrated with your existing account.
Here is how you can avoid the duplicate account:
In your dashboard on the AVA website under “Account details“, update the primary email address to the one that you’ve used to set up your account on the AVA Member Hub. This new email will now be linked to your AVA membership, which ensures that you can continue engaging in existing conversations when you use the single sign-on feature.
