Through this collaboration, practices can access the Great Place To Work® employee survey and accreditation services at reduced rates, with additional questions aligned to the AVA’s Great Veterinary Workplaces (GVW) guidelines to better reflect the realities of veterinary work.
This partnership combines a globally recognised workplace culture measurement tool with the AVA’s evidence-based guidance on what great veterinary workplaces look like, helping teams benchmark their culture, understand staff experience and identify practical opportunities for improvement. At a time of ongoing workforce pressure, it aims to make culture improvement more accessible, relevant and affordable for veterinary workplaces.
