BULLCHECK™ App Development
Development of the new BULLCHECK™ app continues to progress well. A group of experienced BULLCHECK-accredited veterinarians and morphologists are currently undertaking the final stages of testing and refinement.
Feedback from the testing group has been extremely valuable in identifying minor improvements and ensuring the app is practical and user-friendly in the field. Subject to successful completion of this final testing phase, the app remains on track for release within the next 2–4 months.
This represents a significant step forward for the BULLCHECK™ program and will provide accredited veterinarians with a modern, efficient platform for conducting and recording bull breeding soundness examinations.
Upcoming Accreditation Workshop
The final BULLCHECK™ Accreditation Workshop for 2026 will be held in Charters Towers on 8–9 August, facilitated by Brendan Brieffies and John Cavalieri.
Registrations remain open, with a limited number of places still available. In response to feedback from members, participants who would like additional practical experience before sitting the accreditation examination have the option to attend the workshop without being assessed. This attendance-only option is available at a discounted registration fee and provides an opportunity to further develop practical skills prior to undertaking accreditation.
The workshop continues to be an important pathway for developing new accredited examiners and supporting veterinarians wishing to build confidence and experience in the BULLCHECK™ system.
